State of QKS Jan 2026 brings exciting updates for all QKS customers as we continue improving Queni Koi Southern both in store and online.

As of January 2026, we have made important changes to the way Queni Koi Southern operates. We have overhauled several internal processes, welcomed new team members, and brought fresh ideas into the business. These changes are designed to improve customer experience, strengthen our service, and help us offer better support to koi keepers and pond owners.

A major focus has been our Wanlip store. Recently, we have invested significant time into maintaining and improving the store environment. Our resident fish specialist, Harvey, has led a full clean and service of our filters and ponds. This work has been completed alongside our usual treatments and care routines to help keep our fish stocks healthy, active, and ready for your ponds.

The State of QKS Jan 2026 also includes exciting updates to our stock and shop layout. With fresh stock arriving regularly, we have reorganised the store to make it easier for customers to find what they need. The new layout also helps us better showcase our wide range of koi, pond products, treatments, equipment, and other essentials.

Alongside our in-store improvements, we have also streamlined our online ordering process. This means customers shopping through our website can enjoy a smoother, clearer, and more reliable experience when placing orders.
