You and Queni Koi Southern consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
General Koi Purchasing Terms & Conditions
- All Koi undergo our strict 6 week double heat ramp quarantine procedure.
- Koi under £500 must be paid for in full, over £500 then you may leave a 50% deposit. Balance payable upon collection/delivery.
- Deposits: The 50% minimum deposit is there for your convenience to spread the cost. If you simply do not like the Koi upon viewing i.e. it differs greatly to the images/video it was purchased from. You may exchange for another koi at the same full value or greater and not the value of the deposit paid.
- 1st of April to 31st October - From date of purchase, Koi can stay here for up to 1 month, thereafter there is a £25 per week per koi holding fee. (Japan Live Koi - see below)
- 1st November to 31st March - From date of purchase Koi can stay here till April 1st, thereafter there is a £25 per week per koi holding fee. (Japan Live Koi - see below)
- We do not refund/credit If you simply do not like the Koi upon viewing. We will not be responsible for the quality decline of the koi under our care. Just as we will not charge more if the quality improves under our care. So please make sure you are happy with it on purchase. We recommend viewing on site where possible. You statutory rights are not effected.
- If you want to change the Koi you have purchased, regardless of reasoning, this can be done within 14 days of original purchase, to the same value/or more. (Only for koi that are still with us)
- If death does occur under our care we will issue a credit/refund.
- Genders are not guaranteed (unless specified i.e. Female guarantee).
- If a Female guarantee Koi is later to be found out male, sufficient proof will be required to receive a credit to your E-Wallet.
- Due to bio security under no circumstances can Koi be returned.
Japan Live Koi Purchasing Terms & Conditions

- If a Female guarantee Koi is later to be found out male, sufficient proof will be required to receive a credit to your E-Wallet.
- Due to bio security under no circumstances can Koi be returned.
QK Auction's T&C's
- All bids placed are binding and cannot be withdrawn during/after the auction. Please bear in mind the amount of Koi you are bidding on, as you could win them all.
- Auction Koi are payable for in full within 72 hours of auction end.
– Koi can be kept for up to 1 month from auction end. Thereafter, a holding fee applies of £25 per week per koi.
- Auctions that take place on/or after 1st November, Koi can stay here till April 1st free of charge. Thereafter, a holding fee applies of £25 per week per koi.
- If a bid is received within 2 minutes of an auction end, the auction will automatically extend by a further 2 minutes. This is to avoid last second bids. This is the norm with all Japanese auctions that take place online, even in real life there is “fair warning”. By having the auto extend function, it keeps it fair for everyone. Not the person with the quickest internet, or fastest ability on their computer/phone.
– Under no circumstances can auction Koi be exchanged/returned.
– We shall not be liable for injury and/or quality decline of the Koi during keeping. In the unlikely event of death occurring, you’ll receive a credit to your E-Wallet.
– Failure to follow these T&C’s will result in a ban from taking part in these auctions. This is to protect us, and genuine bidders.
- QK Loyalty points cannot be used, or gained from these auctions.
