Aquasource Aqua Balance Balls are a premium pond treatment designed to maintain optimal biological balance in koi and ornamental ponds. Each ball is packed with millions of beneficial bacteria that help reduce ammonia and nitrite spikes, ensuring a clean and healthy aquatic environment. Available in 500ml and 1L sizes, these balls slowly biodegrade, releasing bacteria as needed to support filter maturation and ongoing pond health.
The balls can be placed directly into filter media in a small net bag, between sponges or matting, or emptied directly into pressurized or bead filters. With added sludge control, they help break down detritus, keeping pipework and the pond clean. Ideal for use after chemical treatments, frequent feeding, or during the start-up of new filters, regular use supports long-term water quality and pond ecosystem stability.
Dosage: 500ml treats 15,000 litres of water, while 1L treats 30,000 litres. Use monthly to maintain a healthy biological balance. There is no risk of overdosing, and UV clarifiers do not need to be switched off. Store at room temperature, and avoid temperatures below 4°C to preserve bacterial activity. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
