- Dosage Guide
- Use 1 litre per 20,000 litres of pond water. For starting the filter or when ammonia or nitrite levels are high, use 50 ml per 1,000 litres of water. After cleaning the filter or replacing water, use 25 ml per 1,000 litres. For monthly maintenance, use 25 ml per 1,000 litres once a month.
- For best results, turn off your UV lamp and/or ozone device for 24 hours and ensure good aeration during use. Keep Bactoplus Filter Start out of reach of children.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
