Use BactoPlus Filter Start Gel at filter start-up, after maintenance, or when water quality issues arise. This filter starter allows earlier feeding in spring and supports increased resistance in fish during periods of stress. The product is pathogen-free, chemical-free, and safe for all pond inhabitants. Keep out of reach of children to ensure safety.
**Dosage Instructions:**
- 1L per 20,000 litres of pond water
- For starting filters or high ammonia/nitrite: 50 ml per 1,000 litres
- After cleaning or water replacement: 25 ml per 1,000 litres
- Maintenance dose: 25 ml per 1,000 litres monthly
Turn off the filter for 24 hours and provide good aeration. Ensure any UV lamps or ozone devices are off during this period to allow bacteria to establish properly.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
