Cloverleaf Pond Heater is a premium, weatherproof pond heating solution designed for koi and ornamental ponds. EU, TUV, and UL approved, it is available in 1kW and 2kW models, with all fittings, threads, and hose sizes identical for easy interchangeability. The IP55 rating ensures reliable outdoor use, while optional rigid or flexible pipe connections offer installation versatility. Temperature control is simple via an easy-to-use dial, and the built-in low-pressure flow switch shuts the heater off automatically if water flow stops, protecting the unit from damage.
Cloverleaf Pond Heater is compact and easy to install, supplied with couplings and hose tails for either rigid 1.5” pipe or semi-rigid 3/4”–1.5” connections. For optimum performance, a minimum flow of 4000 litres per hour is required, with a suggested 1kW of power per 1000 gallons (4,450 litres) of pond water. Maximum pump delivery of 6000 litres per hour ensures efficient gradual heating, as the heater warms the water on each pass.
For maximum efficiency and stable water temperature, it is recommended to insulate the pond and cover it where possible. The heater is designed to be pump-fed and should ideally be installed at the end of the water return, after UV sterilizers and filters. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
