Colombo Alparex is a highly effective pond treatment designed to combat parasites and fungal infections in koi and garden ponds. It targets invisible parasites such as Trichodina, Chilodinella, and Whitespot, as well as fungal infections caused by Saprolegnia. These parasites, which can only be detected under a microscope, cause skin and gill damage and may lead to symptoms such as listlessness, chafing, and reduced appetite.
The treatment is also effective against White Spot disease caused by Ichtyophthirius. Colombo Alparex protects your fish by eliminating these harmful microorganisms and restoring the health of your pond ecosystem. The composition includes Acriflavine HCL 20mg/ml and Malachite Green 2mg/ml, ensuring rapid and reliable action against parasites and fungi.
Colombo Alparex is available in 250ml, 500ml, and 1L bottles. Dosage recommendations are: 250ml for a 5000 Litre pond (1100 gallons), 500ml for 10,000 Litre pond (2200 gallons), and 1L for 20,000 Litre pond (4400 gallons). For treatment, use 25ml per 1000 litres on Day 1 and Day 2, remembering to switch off your UV filter during application. Ensure your pond has a KH of 5 or more before treatment.

Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
