Each millilitre contains over 100 million living bacteria that quickly break down organic waste at the bottom of the pond and inside the filter. Regular use of Colombo Bactuur Clean helps keep your pond water clear and healthy while supporting the natural filtration process.
The bacteria in Colombo Bactuur Clean maintain the bio-film in biological filters, promoting effective water purification and a stable aquatic ecosystem. By reducing organic buildup, it prevents harmful substances from accumulating and causing stress to fish or encouraging algae growth. Colombo Bactuur Clean is suitable for both new and established ponds, making it ideal for continuous pond maintenance.
For sludge decomposition, apply 40ml per 1000 litres of water each day for 5 consecutive days. If the water temperature is below 10°C, the dosage should be doubled. For ongoing maintenance to prevent sludge buildup, use 20ml per 1000 litres weekly. Colombo Bactuur is available in both 1 Litre and 2.5 Litre bottles, offering flexibility for different pond sizes. Regular application ensures a balanced pond ecosystem, healthier fish, and an efficient biological filter system.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
