Dosage
Use weekly: 1 measuring spoon = 15 ml per 500 litres of pond water. Do not pour directly onto plants. For best results, test pond water quality at least once a month. The KH value should be between 6 and 8° DH before treatment.

Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
