Microbe-Lift Flocculant Plus is a highly effective pond water clarifier designed to quickly clear cloudy water and improve the performance of your filtration system.
Its specially formulated polymeric blend attracts and binds together fine suspended particles that can be too small for your filter to effectively capture. Once bound together, these larger particles can either settle out of the water or be removed through the pond's filtration system, helping restore clear, polished water.

How It Works
Flocculant Plus attracts suspended particles within the pond and coagulates them into larger particles. These can then settle to the bottom of the pond or be captured and removed by the filtration system.
For best results, ensure your filtration system is operating correctly and clean mechanical filtration as required after treatment, as it may collect a significant amount of the coagulated debris.
Please Note: Flocculant Plus is designed to tackle cloudiness caused by suspended solids. It will not clear cloudiness caused by dissolved organic material.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
