EA Dechlorinators are quick and simple water treatment units designed to remove harmful chlorine and other impurities from tap water before it enters ponds or aquariums. They are ideal for first fills, regular water changes, and top-ups, helping make tap water safer for koi, pond fish, and aquarium fish.
These Evolution Aqua Detox Dechlorinator units connect easily to a garden hose or rigid pipework, with connectors included for convenient setup. Instead of waiting for chlorine to gas off or using liquid treatments, you can fill directly through the unit for fast and effective water preparation.
EA Dechlorinators use high-grade activated carbon to remove chlorine, chloramine, bromine, malachite green, dyes, colours, humic acids, organics, proteins, antibiotics, hormones, and ozone. The carbon is high capacity and pre-washed, offering a very high toxin removal rate while remaining 100% fish safe.
The recommended flow rate is 4 litres per minute for best performance. Two sizes are available. The 12 inch activated carbon filter can treat up to 225,000 litres, while the 30 inch activated carbon filter can treat up to 550,000 litres, based on incoming 0.5ppm chlorine.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
