Microbe-Lift - Super Start Bead Filter Bacteria
The Microbe Lift Super Start is specially formulated for all biological (bead) filters. Like most types of mechanical/biological filters, bead filters rely on the use of a media that provides a high surface area/volume ratio. This allows for support of the necessary amount of biomass, in the form of a biofilm, to properly remove organic and inorganic waste from the water. Within the biofilm it is possible to carry out aerobic, facultative, anaerobic and chemosynthetic processed. Microbe-Lift Super Start contains all these bacteria capable of carrying out all of the necessary processes for optimum performance of bead filters.
Microbe Lift Super Start will provide the following benefits - When used according to dosage instructions– Rapid establishment of organic removal capabilities

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
