Suitable for pump-fed or gravity-fed setups, the Evo Nexus 220 Filtration System supports ponds up to 18,000 litres (4,000 gallons), while the Nexus 320 handles up to 34,000 litres (7,500 gallons).
Installation is straightforward: the filter must sit on a solid, level base of at least 1.2 x 1 metre. Pump-fed setups use a pump to supply water to the filter, while gravity-fed setups rely on the pond’s water level. Recommended air pumps for optimal biological function are Air Pump 75 for Nexus 220 and Air Pump 95 for Nexus 320.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
