The formulation includes probiotics to enhance immune resistance and improve overall fish health. Enzymes and natural ingredients like stevia and garlic powder support easy digestion, allowing koi to absorb nutrients efficiently for superior body volume, growth, and skin luster. This feed can be used in water temperatures as low as 8°C, though it is best fed above 15°C, and is available in floating and sinking varieties to suit different pond setups.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
