Feeding advice :
At a water temperature above 15 degrees you can feed multiple times a day in small portions. Never feed more than the fish will eat within five minutes.

Floating koi pellets allows you to easily monitor fish health, check for injuries, and control appetite, as the fish rise to the surface to eat. It reduces water waste because uneaten food is easily visible and removable, allows for direct interaction via hand-feeding and reduces the risk of food sinking to clog filters

This floating koi food contains 42% of high quality, growth targeted protein and is specially formulated to combine growth with excellent body development whilst ensuring your koi will not become overweight, unlike many other products. The premium blend of high quality proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals work together to ensure efficient conversion into body mass with a high Net Protein Utilization of at least 70 percent
Colour Enhancement
This floating koi food contains astaxanthin and krill meal which are natural colour enhancers. These colour enhancers contribute to the development of deep, bright contrasting colours. Importantly these colour enhancers do not cause undesirable discolouration of the white scales.

This Koi food contains ingredients such as lecithin which is a highly beneficial, naturally occurring mixture of fats and essential nutrients which allows the fish to digest dietary oils more efficiently while keeping the pond water cleaner.

Use when Water Temperature is above 15 Degrees
Kenko Ultimate Koi is best fed when your water temperature is at or above 15 degrees to allow your koi to get the maximum benefit. You can feed multiple times per day, ensuring that any uneaten food is removed to help keep your water clean and clear.
Clear, Clean Water
The high quality of this premium feed results in very little impact on the quality of the water or cause contamination or discolouration. We pride ourselves on prompt delivery! We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £100, and we use trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. For more details, please check our shipping policy on our website.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
