50g of the powder will treat 5000 litres of pond water.
Maintenance dose:
25g of the powder will treat 5000 litres of pond water. The frequency you need to treat your pond with Koi Doc Bacta Balance Perfect Pond powder depends on a number of factors such as temperature and number of fish. Ordinarily you should only need to retreat once a month. Test your water and treat accordingly up to weekly should you need it.
Instructions:
Take a bucket of water from your pond and mix the required quantity of Bacta Balance powder thoroughly in the water. Once dissolved pour in to your pond. For the most effective distribution pour around pond edges.
Note:
Ensure the water temperature is at least 9°C; if below 9°C, double the dosage. Using the incorrect dosage will not harm your fish or pondlife and can be used as required, weekly if needed

Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
