250ml of the container per 10,000 Litres of pond water. These gel balls can be added directly to the pond or the biological filtration unit.
Note:
Ensure the water temperature is at least 10°C; if below 10°C, double the dosage. It is not possible to overdose with this product.
Maintenance dose:
The frequency you need to replace the Koi Doc Gel balls depends on the water temperature. At temperatures below 10°C they remain active for about six weeks, at 15-20°C about four weeks, and at water temperatures above 25°C they work for about two weeks. After this period, the gel balls can be easily replaced for optimal results.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
