It is also safe to use alongside pond salt.Dosage: Use 25g of Montmorillonite Koi Clay per 5,000 litres of pond water. If your koi appear unwell or stressed, the dosage may be safely doubled to support recovery. Overdosing is not possible with this product.
Instructions: Mix the required amount of Koi Clay thoroughly in a bucket of pond water. Once fully dispersed, pour evenly around the pond edges. The water may appear cloudy for up to 24 hours as the clay binds impurities, then will gradually clear, leaving your pond crystal clear and your koi more active with an increased appetite. For best results, use every 2 weeks as part of your regular pond maintenance routine.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
