Kusuri Bio balance is a natural mineral powder that will raise carbonate alkalinity (KH), raise pH and assist in stabilising pH swings. Bio balance is a high grade pure carbonate with essential elements and dosed on a weekly basis will improve your water quality. Once you have the desired KH level re-dose weekly. If trickling water in and out, regular KH tests will be required to maintain the desired KH level.
Carbonate hardness can become depleted because both the fish and filter bacteria require Calcium Carbonate and Salts to thrive. In soft water areas ponds can be prone to pH crashes due to low levels of carbonate alkalinity (KH).
Dosage Instructions:
As a KH & pH buffer: Use 25 grams per 1000 gallons of water daily, until the desired KH or pH is reached.Once you have the desired KH or pH level re-dose weekly.
All sizes of Kusuri Biobalance include a handy dose cup. One level dose cup holds 28.5g of Kusuri Biobalance. Kusuri Biobalance will cloud water for a few hours after application.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
