Kusuri Lithaqua is a calcified seaweed mineral rich in trace elements and carbonates, ideal for pond filters or as pond substrate. Its porous structure provides a massive surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonize, enhancing biological filtration more effectively than standard plastic media. Using Kusuri Lithaqua ensures the mineral balance is maintained, supporting healthy fish growth and stable water conditions.
Directions of Use:
Place Kusuri Lithaqua into a clean water chamber after mechanical waste removal. It is a biological support medium and should not be used in mechanical stages. Rinse the net sack containing Kusuri with pond water before inserting to avoid damaging ball or slide valve rubber seals.
Dosage:
- 1kg treats up to 454 litres (100 gallons) of pond water
- 5kg treats up to 2,273 litres (500 gallons)
- 10kg treats up to 4,546 litres (1,000 gallons)
- 25kg treats up to 11,365 litres (2,500 gallons)
Regular use of Kusuri Lithaqua helps remineralize the water, stabilizes pH, enhances KH, and promotes a thriving aquatic ecosystem while providing essential nutrients for beneficial bacteria and fish.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
