Kusuri Masuizai Koi Sedate is a safe, acetone-free koi sedative designed to calm fish for handling, treatment, or transport. It allows koi to be sedated gently, reducing stress and preventing injury during routine care. Kusuri Masuizai Koi Sedate is easy to use and ensures controlled sedation for optimal fish safety.
To use, fill a suitable bowl with enough water to fully cover the fish. Add 10ml of Kusuri Masuizai Koi Sedate per 9 litres of pond water and aerate the solution with an air stone. Place the fish in the bowl until it rolls onto its side, usually within 2–3 minutes. If the koi shows tail movement, return it to the solution for an additional 30 seconds or until fully sedated. Do not use the product in water below 15°C.
Kusuri Masuizai Koi Sedate can also be used to euthanise fish safely by adding twice the recommended dose. Never use this product with salt during sedation or euthanasia procedures. Available in 50ml, 250ml, and 500ml bottles, it is suitable for koi of all sizes and provides a reliable, stress-free method for fish handling.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
