My Pond MS300 Pond Sealer is a high-performance modified adhesive sealant designed for pond sealing, liner repairs, and bonding a wide range of clean surfaces. This environmentally friendly sealant is made with terminal silyl polyether as the base polymer and offers strong, flexible bonding without odour, formaldehyde, or shrinkage after curing.
This pond sealer bonds to many common materials, including pond liners, wood, glass, metal, and other suitable substrates. It can be used on clean surfaces that are free from grease and dust, although concrete must be primed before application. Please note that it bonds almost all liners but is not suitable for laminated tarps.
My Pond MS300 Pond Sealer offers excellent weather resistance, durability, and high movement resistance, making it a practical choice for pond repairs and outdoor aquatic applications. It seals best on clean, dry surfaces, but it can also cure underwater when properly supported during curing.
For best results, apply one large bead rather than several smaller beads. Do not press the sealant completely flat, and allow at least a 2mm thick covering for effective sealing. The surface skins over and reaches a usable cure in around 24 hours, while the centre of very large beads may remain flexible for a long time, which is a normal characteristic of this sealant.
Avoid prolonged skin contact. If uncured adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from fire and out of reach of children.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
