These pop-up bowls have been designed to be easy to assemble and dismantle, and are an affordable option for those wanting a temporary pond for viewing, observing fish, photography etc.. If you need to leave the bowl unattended for any reason, there is also a net that folds over the top to stop your fish from jumping out.
Once you have finished with the bowl you can easily wipe it out and fold it away in their own bag ready for use another time.
We think they are an excellent space saver.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
