With 1700 watts of full power and a maximum suction depth of 2.4m, the PondoVac 4 cleans all kinds of ponds, pools and the household as a wet vacuum cleaner. The highlight is the patented dirt collection system, in which the container is filled and emptied at the same time. This enables you to vacuum without interruption. The suction power can be individually adjusted using a hand controller. Comfortable vacuuming possible to a depth of 2m. Thanks to transport rollers and adjustable handles, the PondoVac 4 can be easily moved to the desired location. The scope of delivery also includes 4 aluminum tubes, 1 transparent suction tube, 5 attachments for cleaning various floors, a dirt collection bag, a 5 m long suction hose and a 2.5 m long drainage hose. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
