QK25 Combi Filter is a high-quality koi pond filtration system designed to provide automatic mechanical filtration and dependable biological support for cleaner, healthier pond water. It is suitable for koi ponds, garden ponds, and pond systems where strong waste removal and reliable water treatment are required.
This combi filter features a patented woven 120 micron steel mesh that helps remove fine waste particles from the water before they enter the biological filtration stage. The precise CNC machine cut polypropylene construction gives the unit strength, accuracy, and long-lasting durability for regular pond use.
The QK25 Combi Filter includes fully automatic cleaning, adjustable cleaning time, and height adjustable probes for easier setup and operation. The high-quality jet nozzles are easily replaceable if limescale build-up or hard water damage occurs, and the demountable spray bar makes maintenance more convenient.
Gravity installation comes as standard, with pump fed installation available as an optional setup at no extra cost, subject to lead time. The control panel includes a manual clean button and three plugs to control your UV, cleaning pump, and pond pump. The control panel can also be sited away from the drum for flexibility.
An external 5 bar pressure cleaning pump is included, giving the QK25 Combi Filter strong cleaning performance. It also comes with full UK customer service support, stocked spare parts, and a 2 year warranty on all parts including the screen with fair usage.
Upon ordering combi drums, drums, showers, and bio chambers, please contact us to arrange pallet delivery. Someone must be available to accept delivery when the product arrives.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
