Installation is flexible, with gravity-fed as standard and optional pump-fed configuration at no extra cost. The control panel enables manual cleaning and provides two plugs to control the UV system and cleaning pump, and it can be sited away from the drum for convenience. The integrated 4.2-bar pressure cleaning pump ensures reliable water circulation, and the system comes with a 2-year warranty on all parts, including the screen, with fair usage.
QK25 Drum Filter is compatible with drum and combi systems, showers, and bio chambers. Due to its size, delivery is on a pallet and must be arranged with someone available to accept it. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
