Designed for efficient and fully automatic cleaning, it includes a low water level safety cut-out to protect pond pumps and other equipment. The filter comes with high-quality jet nozzles, easily replaceable to prevent limescale build-up, and a demountable spray bar for easy maintenance. Cleaning time is fully adjustable, and height-adjustable water sensor probes ensure accurate operation.
Installation is flexible, with gravity-fed as standard and pump-fed options available at no extra cost. The control panel allows manual cleaning and provides three plugs to control the pond pump, UV system, and cleaning pump. It can be sited away from the drum for convenience. The integrated 4.2-bar pressure cleaning pump ensures reliable water circulation, and the system comes with a 2-year warranty on all parts, including the screen, with fair usage.
QK35 Drum Filter is compatible with stand-alone ponds, drum systems, and can be integrated with Combi Drums, Showers, and Bio Chambers. Due to its size, delivery is on a pallet and must be arranged with someone available to accept it. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
