The QK50 Drum Filter is a high-quality pond filtration system designed for efficient, automatic cleaning and reliable pond water management. Featuring a patented woven 70-micron steel mesh and precise CNC-machined PolyProylene construction, the QK50 ensures optimal debris removal while maintaining high water quality. Fully automatic cleaning includes a low water level safety cut-out to protect pond pumps and other equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times.
Equipped with high-quality jet nozzles that are easily replaceable in case of limescale build-up and a demountable spray bar for maintenance, the QK50 Drum Filter allows adjustable cleaning times and includes height-adjustable water sensor probes. Installation is flexible, with gravity-fed as standard and optional pump-fed configuration at no extra cost. The control panel enables manual cleaning and features three plugs to manage the pond pump, UV system, and cleaning pump, and it can be sited away from the drum for convenience.
A 4.2-bar pressure cleaning pump is included to maintain efficient water circulation. The system is backed by a 2-year warranty on all parts, including the screen, with fair usage. Due to its size, delivery is arranged on a pallet, and someone must be available to accept the shipment. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
