They are suitable for treating mains water before pond top-ups, water changes, and koi pond filtration preparation.
These carbon blocks are FDA, NSF, and WRAS approved, giving added confidence in manufacturing quality and water safety. The FDA compliant binders help prevent water bypassing the carbon while reducing the risk of unwanted leaching into the water. For ultimate water purification, these 5 micron blocks can be used with a follow-up QK Char cartridge.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
