The biological stage uses Bio-Balls, where beneficial bacteria can develop to help support natural pond purification. The built-in UVC helps control algae and supports healthier pond water by reducing green water problems.
Superfish Pressure Filter is designed with a practical back-flushing system, making cleaning easier and more convenient. All connections are positioned on the lid, allowing the filter to be almost completely buried or concealed near the pond for a neater installation. This makes it a good choice for pond owners who want effective filtration without making the equipment too visible.
This pressure filter is ideal for pond setups where reliable water movement, easy maintenance, and clear pond water are important. It comes with a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind. Please note that the Superfish Pressure Filter does not come with a pump, so a compatible pond pump must be purchased separately if required.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
