The sinking pellets are ideal for less active Koi that prefer feeding in deeper pond areas, ensuring all fish receive nutrition without stress. This feed can be used throughout the year, including as a Winter diet, thanks to its low fat and medium protein formulation.
The feed contains fish meal, cereals, wheat germs, soya, maize, sunflower products, amino acids, natural minerals, trace elements, and premix. Its high digestibility reduces stress on the pond filter system and helps maintain clear water. Floating pellets allow easy observation of feeding behaviour while minimizing overfeeding.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
