The feed contains high-quality ingredients, including fish meal and fish oils rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, cereal products, and a pre-mix of carefully selected natural minerals, amino acids, and trace elements. Its very high protein content and excellent digestibility support rapid growth and strong development in young Koi, improving survival rates during the early stages of life.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
