Formulated with a special premix, Takazumi Vital strengthens the immune system of Koi, providing protection against infections and parasites. It is ideal for use when Koi condition declines, such as after transport, post-treatment with medicine, or during seasonal changes. Feeding Takazumi Vital for 2–3 weeks is sufficient in these situations and it also works as an excellent Winter feed from late Autumn to early Spring.
The feed is made from fish meal, fish oil, vegetable oils, cereals, wheat germ, amino acids, natural minerals, trace elements, and premix. Essential vitamins including A, D3, E, C (stabilised), B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, K3, biotin, and choline promote immunity, metabolism, and overall Koi vitality. Available in 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg, and 10kg packs, Takazumi Vital ensures your Koi remain active, healthy, and resilient, even in challenging conditions. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your products. Please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk for authorization.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund all sums paid by you if the items are returned in the condition they were sent. Please allow up to 3-5 days for us to process your return once we receive the items back.
