Takazumi Yugen provides Koi with complete nutrition enhanced by a bacterial immunomodulator, supporting a strong and well-developed immune system. Feeding Yugen ensures young, growing, and mature Koi develop optimal immunity, which promotes outstanding growth, vibrant coloration, and increased natural resistance. This feed is recommended four times a year for five consecutive days, with at least two months between treatments, and shortly before and after the Winter period.
The feed contains high-quality ingredients including fish meal, fish and vegetable oils, cereals, wheat germ, amino acids, and immunomodulator bio protein 00635. Its carefully formulated composition ensures high digestibility, reducing stress on the pond’s filtration system and maintaining clear water.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.
Can I return koi or specially made products?
Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
How do I cancel my order?

What is your refund policy?
