    Centralising clips to make sure your cartridges are set correctly inside their housing. 

    This is very important so water doesn't bypass the cartridge and allow unfiltered water into your pond. Makes fitting cartridges much much easier!

    The 2.5" fits normal width cartridges and the 4.5" fits the BB versions.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at orders@queni-koi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will replace the product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item.

    Can I return koi or specially made products?

    Unfortunately, once koi have left our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for them, and they cannot be returned. Additionally, specially made products, such as custom filtration systems, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
